Good

Good communication. Delivered as promised.

Very convenience to buy. Fully recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍

Generally ok. Shipping and protection of the box require some improvement to protect the contents. Suggest to ship box in a box.

Ease of use

Website search works well, good, ample catalogue and fast shipping

Nice

Shipping is ok. Only mode is home delivery.

Fast delivery. Order came in nicely package and protected.

Generally good except with the partner logistics service provider.

smooth transaction and good deal!

Still waiting for a resolution of my defective product. Was told to give them time to resolve. It's been 3 weeks since I surfaced the issue. My patience is wearing thin.

Delivery was quick with vouchers to use.

I would have given more stars if it’s not for the slight defect in the product.

Good service and fast service.

Ordered and dispatch is fast. But very disappointed with the service. I ordered 2 items but only received one item. Have already contacted tru email but no response at all. Hope you can arrange to send it as soon as possible.

All excellent
