Cannot honor agreed timelines (eg. fixing of faulty items) and they sell defective items as well. $300 Sony earphones suddenly dropped to 1h battery life in a couple of months. Then they said they need to send it overseas for repairs and it may take 6-8 weeks. Been 12 weeks (more than one month past the agreed timeline) and still haven’t received my item back yet. Customer service said it has been sent back and went MIA. Save yourself the trouble and just get a local pair so you don’t have to deal with these guys…
