Bought two podcast mic’s from this site as Xmas gifts and they refused to allow an exchange for items of similar value a few days after delivery. Trying to get through to customer service was next to impossible. Do not buy gifts from this site. Minimal customer support and a non-existent return policy.

Email advice from the seller was misleading. I would not have purchased this product if I had understood "passive" vs "active" noise cancellation. To promote passive noise cancellation as a feature is just going to mislead less informed purchasers. I am quite cross.
I would advise potential buyers to avoid this seller if you're keen to exercise your warranty rights. I enquired about a set of earphones that they sold, was told there was 2 years' warranty, so I made the purchase. There were issues with the earphones within the 2-year period. I reached out to their support email. They took a week to get back to me with instructions. In order to process the warranty claim, they tell you to: 1. Contact ProAktiv International Pte Ltd (info@pi-pl.co) and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. 3. Ship the Product at the appointed service center at your expense. Gworx 56 Kallang Pudding Road 05-01 Contact Person: Mr. [omitted] Please contact Mr. [omitted] first to set an appointment. 4. After repair/replacement, please collect your item. This is the most convoluted and complicated warranty claim process I've ever come across. I asked to clarify if there's a service/repair fee for products under warranty. They say as per manufacturer only the parts are free. It is false and misleading to claim 2-year warranty and require customers to pay for the service/repair fee. I was not informed about this material condition to your warranty before I bought the product. Had I known, I would not have bought this product. I've purchased a few products from you in the past. I will not buy any further products from you.
