The recombinant bike arrived before the time promised! The delivery man took it to the basement and opened it and made sure it was ready to use! Excellent service! Well worth the cost!

I bought the e-trainer AP for my 103 years old mother in August as she became less mobile and after her doctor told me her arms were getting stiff too. This machine is perfect for her! It is effortless for her but yet it moves her arms and legs as if she was biking and it makes her feel good about herself. She does twice a day in the morning and evening, her feet are less swollen and we were able to cut down her water pills. Greg is wonderful. He is very patient with my questions and helped me to select the right machine for my mom's use. Delivery is quick and product is easy to assemble.

We were taken care of very well. Even with the faulty lower unit, Greg was on the ball getting a replacement and walking me through the repair process. I would recommend HCI to anyone.

Purchased the Hci PhysioStep LXT-700. Excellent Commercial Grade Stepper. Well designed and easy to use. Smooth and quiet operation with many features to choose from while exercising. Similar to the unit I used at Cardiac Rehab. Hci demonstrated that Product Quality and Customer Service is their number one goal!

They were very helpful. Due to my misunderstanding in reading the instructions I got a bolt installed in the wrong direction and couldn’t get it out. When I spoke with them, they sent me a special tool and gave me instructions on how to remedy the situation. Now the Cycle Plus is assembled properly and We’re enjoying it. The special tool is now on its way back to them. A very good company to deal with!

I love this treadmill. We use it in our pediatric private practice physical therapy clinic daily. We see a lot of toe walkers, and the treadmill works well with the incline settings and the adjustable handles for clients of different heights and needs.

I received a damaged treadmill and they made it right plus some. Great company!

My wife and I bought a recumbent bike and it is great. We have had it a couple of months now and really enjoy it. The ordering and delivery went very smoothly. It was delivered as promised, fully assembled. The delivery driver was kind enough to slide it into our foyer, as we are both partly disabled, and this allowed us to slowly open the bike and it is light-weight enough to roll it into place. I highly recommend this product.
