Trying to buy pain and stripe shirts with white cuffs and collar but difficult to find !

I responded to an email offer for 4 shirts for $149. When I tried to check out, I didn't receive the offer. When I tried to contact you, I got no response other than a redirect to someone else as a generic response. I simply wanted to access the offer you advertised, but was unable. Disappointing.

You guys didn’t let me cancel my order literally minutes after placing it. I’m overseas and I’m getting charged a huge duty fee, and you guys can’t literally submit a cancellation ticket? Really ridiculous for a company this size and around for this long. It’s simple. And every company I order from, other than this company, is able to cancel once ordered. I even reached out right away. Thanks for the huge duty fee, wrong shirt size, and no response from customer service other than a FAQ copy and paste response.

Quality is excellent and all the shirts feel so good. On one occasion we had a problem and they quickly offered a replacement. Plus the non iron really do work if you dry then on a hanger. I would recommend.

I ordered complete tuxedo with dinner shirt and everything. But i never received the parcel and it was left somewhere safeplace on wrong address for which i never instructed, on the contrary i was waiting for parcel all day at home. Upon contacting customer support they said royal mail has delivered and you can contact police. I mean if someone is spending 649. 80£ then huwes curtis atleast can send via signed and tracked post. Terrible service
