Its a bit loose so had to return it. and attendant at Edinburgh was rude and did not let me return this at the store saying online orders cant be returned in store, so I had to post it which cost £3 (needless) and awful experience.

I bought Three shirts, they are good quality shirts. Package was in horrible condition. Shipping, it took a month from placing the order to collection. I am based in South Africa. Customs duties, clearance fees and VAT amount to more than what I bought the shirts for. Purchase from my country was not worth it at all

Received one of the requested shirts with the darts inside out. Reviewed the return policy and to do so from overseas seemed overly onerous and expensive. Fortunately a local tailor was able to address it easily enough.

Prompt shipping and great customer service when one of my shirts was unavailable. Customer service communication was excellent and an alternative shirt choice dispatched next day.

Shipping was slow and after care are asking me for photos of a missing stud!!! Not great service I’m afried!

Had issues with a product within 12 months of purchase. Not heavily used and had holes from no obvious damage.

Whether online or at the Bishopsgate store in London I get amazing service. But also quality products. It’s now my go to store for all clothing.
