Friendly, helpful, quick in-person pick up

Our visit and purchase was good. We are satisfied with the round side table.

Courteous, professional

Sales Person very knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Beautiful furniture and wonderful service.

My wife saw the reel advertised in FB. We decided to check out the store looking for a specific dinning set. We found it and walked out with it! Thank you so much David for your assistance with the furniture we've purchased today 🤙🏼

Very helpful and thorough service. Some might like a service to put together the furniture and deliver it. However, I prefer the solid wood furniture at a very affordable price and found the furniture VERY easy to put together. Even with my 72yo hands could do it.

Savan, was extremely professional and informative. The product is good quality.

Very helpful. The chairs look great!

Great Helpful Informative

Very helpful group. They even help you load your car with all the great deals.

Knowledgeable and responsive staff; high quality materials and build.

Chuck was super helpful and personal, explained everything clearly, and worked out a price that was great for us - great experience.

The experience of buying the product was fine. Pretty much what you'd expect ordering a product online and going to pick it up yourself. But where the experience faltered and lowered the review is in the product itself. I purchased a beautiful storage bench, which is a very expensive piece of furniture. I was a bit surprised that it requires assembly for that price, but that's okay I was guessing we'd probably pretty simple. The instructions that it came with were completely useless. Small print, with very little detail and almost no step-by-step guidance. Play edition, everything didn't line up very well, so required a lot of extra effort, which actually ended up scratching the surfaces which was even more irritating. If you're going to charge this much for a really nice quality piece of furniture, the customer deserves top of the line instructions and product that should assemble well and cleanly. That was not my experience.
