Very helpful and thorough service. Some might like a service to put together the furniture and deliver it. However, I prefer the solid wood furniture at a very affordable price and found the furniture VERY easy to put together. Even with my 72yo hands could do it.

The experience of buying the product was fine. Pretty much what you'd expect ordering a product online and going to pick it up yourself. But where the experience faltered and lowered the review is in the product itself. I purchased a beautiful storage bench, which is a very expensive piece of furniture. I was a bit surprised that it requires assembly for that price, but that's okay I was guessing we'd probably pretty simple. The instructions that it came with were completely useless. Small print, with very little detail and almost no step-by-step guidance. Play edition, everything didn't line up very well, so required a lot of extra effort, which actually ended up scratching the surfaces which was even more irritating. If you're going to charge this much for a really nice quality piece of furniture, the customer deserves top of the line instructions and product that should assemble well and cleanly. That was not my experience.

Once again, your delivery crew was outstanding! For those of us who order online, they are the fave of your company. Not only did they deliver my items, they delivered aloha. . ,

Great Service and Awesome Quality Products.

First of all, I have to say that I love their products. They are wonderful construction, and I love the teak that they have. Older employees are just wonderful to work with to find the right items you want specially when I found out all I needed was a cover for my pad for my Kalihi bench cushion. Getting the right set for my oval extension table for my dining room and outside if I choose. Overall, definitely five stars !

We really like the table and bench. The delivery and setup was outstanding. I could not be home for the delivery. They followed directions, and got the job done without a hiccup. Just need some chairs. .
