Thinking good customer service is a lost art? I can say that it is alive and well with Tim and everyone at Haven Of Heat. Tim wanted to know every detail about my project and was able to make cost saving suggestions as my plan included a tile feature (an idea I stole from him!) which cut down the amount of siding I’d need from his standard 5x7 kit. I also wanted floating benches and as a weekend, semi-handy diy guy, I wasn’t confident in my carpentry skills to pull that off. Tim walked me through his design, two or three times, and I was able to build rock solid, beautiful floating benches. Why can’t all businesses be like this?!

Building my first sauna and I went down the internet rabbit hole, purchased books etc. I wish I called Tim at Haven Of Heat first. His knowledge was tremendously helpful.
