No complaints everything is as expected

super happy. well built. heats up fast. consistently gets to mid upper 140's. it came quickly and packaged with great protection. Haven of heat was excellent in communication and answering questions. Idid a ton of research and landed on this and it has been a great choice. also golden designs is great with communication as well. Had a couple of questions about the unit and they communicated back-and-forth with me immediately. Don't go with a no name brand. The value on this one is top notch.

Customer service and delivery were all great! We were not home at the time of delivery but received a phone call from delivery where we wanted it placed. It was easy to put together and customer service said to reach out with any questions but we figured it out pretty easily.
