I love this hair! Nothing compares to the smell of the hair when you first get it😍it literally is the most beautiful hair i’ve ever purchased (i get the 24 in clip ins) I really need you all to drop a shampoo and conditioner line please!!

I truly adore the hair, it’s absolutely beautiful. I get complements from EVERYONE. It’s truly natural raw hair so it does tangle a bit. BUT I definitely would have expected a better experience from the company. Spending close to a grand on hair you wouldn’t expect it to just simply be stuffed into a plastic shipping envelope and delivered. No box, no freebies, no appreciation.

I reached out to the company concerning my wig and received a response quickly.

Service and Shipping was Fast and Efficient

Accommodating

Bundled with thick and full and little to no shedding!

Slowwww shipping. Ship your products 1-2 business days AFTER someone places the order ! If it’s m-thurs

I love the shipping process because it is quick and easy. I love how they let you know all the detail details out front.

The hair is good quality. However, customer service has not responded to me. I ordered a 26’ and received a 18’. I have not been refunded the difference or contacted.

I think you all did great, my hair came in in perfect time, however the online site says each package should come with 7 pieces. I ordered 3 packs of the 24 in clips ins and only received 14 pieces in total. My order number is #5223 on 2/24/25. If i may be sent the remaining 7 pieces that would great for extra volume as well, and also considering the price, i was disappointed because i was expecting 21 pieces, not 14. The hair is very beautiful, thick, and all around perfect, i do want to be clear that i love it.

This is hair is absolutely radiant. Its lack luster mimics a natural silk press. I love it. I will continue to purchase from Haute Hair.

Average shipping and handling.

The wavy blonde Haute hair has a great feel and texture. Just what I was looking for. Will purchase again

Fast shipping & the hair is amazing!

Good hair usually but the tapes aren’t holding a curl which is very disappointing

Main issue is the wefts being extremely short

Great customer service
