I am in love with my Vietnamese raw natural wave bundles and I am so happy with my purchase. Initially I was unsure because 2 out of my 3 bundles were the same length(width wise) but the third was slightly shorter and the ends seemed frayed. I reach out to customer service to explain the situation and they replied quickly explaining that even though the third bundle was shorter and weighed 100 grams (it was slightly heavier/thicker than the first two bundles). The hair blends perfectly with my natural hair and I love how bouncy and soft it is. I plan on ordering an extra bundle in the future. ALSO shipping was quick! I placed my order on a Wednesday and it was to me by Monday.

I truly adore the hair, it’s absolutely beautiful. I get complements from EVERYONE. It’s truly natural raw hair so it does tangle a bit. BUT I definitely would have expected a better experience from the company. Spending close to a grand on hair you wouldn’t expect it to just simply be stuffed into a plastic shipping envelope and delivered. No box, no freebies, no appreciation.
