Shopping was great arrived in a decent amount of time. Hair quality soft and the best purchased for hair extensions ever! I purchased a 16 inch and 18 inch.

My hair won’t hold any curl for longer than 10 minutes. It’s honestly so disappointing, I try all the hair spray, all the tricks, over night rods and nothing works. I’m concerned it’s not real hair, the color won’t stick either. The density is nice but for $700 I expected better.

Hair is okay. Customer service is horrible. Will never spend my money with them again because they don’t know how to conduct business. Very unprofessional and everybody has been giving me the run around about an ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED.

Fast shipping the hair is soft with no smells. I installed it no tangles and minimal shedding. I would definitely recommend.

Shipping: The hair took 2 weeks for me to receive my order so I wasn't able to get the install before the event that I purchased it for. Hair Quality: The hair is beautiful, especially in its natural state. It's very full Tangle/Shedding-This hair tangles badly. I can't go 5 minutes without the hair tangling and because of the thickness of the hair, it makes it difficult to separate to de-tangle so my floor has massive shedding and I have to split it apart harshly to detangle it. Pretty soon, I will have no more hair left on the weft to comb.

The shipping was good. I didn’t like that I had to order online in order to use the coupon-in store pick up couldn’t be done from what I was told when I called the Atlanta store.

The two bundles I received they were not worthy of the amount I spent on them. They both smelled process especially when I co washed them . The process smell did not go away they smelled like corn chips and tangled. I have ordered bundles and tape ins from you all before and never have I had this problem it was the worse hair that I have ever received from you all
