Good quality. A fun addition. Eric was my fathers name so I like that.

There was concern over the delivery as we were going out of town the day the rug was to arrive. It all worked out well afterall.

Friendly staff and received product I ordered quickly

These Alta swivel chairs were my first online purchase from Hauser, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Easy to purchase. Customer service friendly.

shipping took a little longer than expected but everything else was great.

Seemless - great customer service

I called to find out what the delay was and didn’t get much of an answer. I did not like dealing with Day & Ross as the shipper AKA Delay & Loss. Numerous delays.

I was pleased to have the option to pick up at the Ottawa store rather than pay shipping charges. it was all efficient.

Online ordering with pickup at our local Hauser retail store is easy and saves on delivery charges.

Shipping was fast
