I ordered two different sizes of the Malibu 02 rug. The smaller rug came in the Malibu 01 ( I think). I was unable to return it as I had disposed of the originally packaging as the larger and correct rug was not shipped until 3 days later. So I didn't realize I had the wrong smaller rug. Kyle was extremely helpful and I received a discount. Next time I will be sure to keep the packaging until I'm satisfied I have the right rug. I did send him pictures. h
