We have a first gen hatch we love so much we got a 2nd gen when our second baby was born. We love them both! We love all the new sound options on the 2nd gen and the ease of set up with both devices. Having everything set to a schedule takes a huge weight off of my tired mom brain, everything just works when it’s supposed to which is incredibly convenient for bed time and nap times. Having a hatch in our room while baby sleeps in there has even helped us sleep. When baby ages out of our room and takes the hatch to his own room, my husband and I may have to buy one for ourselves. The devices are also super easy to travel with! We had a problem with the first 2nd gen we received (the speaker was broken and sound wasn’t working) and the customer service hatch provided us was absolutely top notch!! Best customer service we’ve ever gotten from a product company. They troubleshooted the problem with us via email and when nothing worked they sent us a new one that arrived quickly. Replies were extraordinarily prompt and the person helping us was so friendly and helpful! We will continue to highly recommended Hatch products to everyone!!

It’s really helpful to build a routine with Hatch. Associate music and night light during wind down. Touch ring is very convenient when you can’t access your phone and have fixed in your routine. I love the customer service of Hatch. When I thought nobody is reading product reviews, they are the opposite. They read, listen and take action. You know that they care about the consumer and protecting their brand.

I absolutely love my Hatch Restore and think everyone should have one! I also want to mention Hatch literally has the best customer service of any company I’ve worked with. I’ve had my Restore for a while now and love how I don’t wake up to a jarring alarm. When I encountered a minor issue on two different occasions, each time they were so quick to respond and try to troubleshoot and was so kind to send a new unit. I was not expecting that at all and the person helping me was so friendly and genuine. I cannot say enough about my experience. So if you are in the fence I highly recommend trying it. You won’t be disappointed!

This has been great for my little guy’s sleep. The first one we bought was a little glitchy and randomly turned off sometimes, but after not being able to fix it with the help of customer service (which was excellent, by the way), they sent me a new one completely free without me even having to ask for a replacement. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and all the help they gave me, and my son is sleeping so much better now! And I love the sleep stories, breathing exercises, and especially the talks on “big feelings”. Definitely worth the subscription in my opinion.

Our first hatch+ rest 2nd gen stopped working suddenly. I reached out to support and they confirmed it malfunctioned and sent a new one! It is working great so far! I love that I can schedule when it turns on and off!

Hatch customer service representatives reached out to me before I could reach out to them due to our hatch not working properly on our brown noise setting and a couple other things. They offered to send a replacement hatch right away with no headache of additional steps to take. We had not had an issue previously and we love our hatch! Highly recommend to anyone wanting better night routine and getting your kiddo to fall asleep faster!
