As someone who works early mornings 5/7 days of the week, I love my Hatch for an easy, gentle wakeup. I have noticed since using my Hatch for the last 1.5 years, I feel less stressed in the morning and am less likely to snooze my hatch alarm vs using my phone. I have also been loving the customizable wind-down routine that helps me shift from a busy work day to a relaxed evening in preparation for sleep. I love my hatch restore 2!!!

My Restore 2 is wonderful - the sunrise alarm really helps me, and my bedtime routine has really helped me to fall asleep. I previously had a Restore (the previous model) that began to malfunction after four years. I wrote to Hatch Support to troubleshoot, and after we exhausted the typical options, Hatch Support offered to send me the Restore 2 for free. I was blown away by their responsiveness and candor. I think this company really cares and goes above and beyond for their customers, which is so wonderful to experience. I'm so thankful to Hatch for my great nights of sleep!

Hatch is such a great product. They are happy to troubleshoot and help with any and all questions you may have. They have done an incredible job at making a customer for life!!

I recommend hatch to everyone I know. I also tell then their customer service is the best! I was sent a new hatch when my old one had a glitch . The only thing is, is that the new hatch is a lot slower than the one I previously had.. which is sort of frustrating when you have to skip through it and it takes a lot longer than the first one I had. I still use it and very happy with the customer service! I do recommend not using the fade in and out for newer models.. it takes forever and sometimes you don't know when it's on. It's like it turns on on low.

Hatch has great customer service. I had an issue with my Hatch Rest Go and I had great communication with the customer service rep over e-mail. They replaced my Hatch via mail in a matter of a couple days!

I’ve used the Hatch Restore 2 for about a month, after having the first iteration for almost two years. I love it!! So cute on my nightstand, love all the customization. I am in the best sleep routine of my life.

I picked up this portable white noise for when I travel. I also have the Rest+ for my kiddos bedroom, love it! All that I need now is the Restore for my bedroom and we will all be hooked up. Great products! Super innovative.

My amazing customer service agent helped me with replacing my hatch due to the sound fading out randomly. It was so quiet that you could hear our fan over it at the highest volume. We received our new one and gosh we love this thing. It has gotten to where even my husband and I can’t sleep without the thing. Love love love it.

I got my Restore 2 for free after my original Restore glitched and stopped working and I had to reset it. Before then, I loved it. But the Restore 2??? EVEN BETTER. I love the look and how it goes so well. I love the new bedtime routines I get with this one vs the original. I’m a nightshift nurse so I use this during the day and it helps me fall asleep easier. And it’s even better on my off nights 😜

Our first generation hatch started crackling while playing sounds. I contacted Hatch support and they were able to get us a new product so that we could continue on sleeping soundly. The second generation hatch is great and sounds much better. The only thing I’ve noticed is the product is a lot quieter than the first hatch, and requires Wi-Fi in order to connect and play. Really liked the fact that the last one didn’t require Wi-Fi. All in all happy with the product and the service

My mom purchased this for me. It is an amazing product, worth gold. It has so many fun features I don't use. The best one is literally the brown noise for sleeping. It is the best brown noise machine I have found to date and my mom absolutely LOVES it. She loves it so much I tried to give it to her and she refused since it was her original gift for me. Moms... smh... we don't deserve them.

We have enjoyed our Hatch sound machine for almost 2 years now and it has been useful in more ways than I realized! Originally we wanted it for the stay in bed timer light that would remind our toddler it wasn’t time to get up yet. We have used for that as well as for her quiet time in her room so she knows when to start cleaning up and then again when it is okay to come out, and we play soothing lullaby music with pastel changing colors when time to wind down before bed. I LOVE the ways you can customize the lights, sound, amount of time it stays on and if you want it to automatically do something different afterwards (like a stay in bed yellow light and then a green light with bird noises to show okay to get out of bed.) A few weeks ago we moved our Hatch to a different room and it stopped working. I got in contact with their support team and they were extremely helpful, giving me different things to try and tests to run to troubleshoot. After those didn’t work, they sent me a new power cord to try and eventually a new sound machine all with no hastle! Thank you Hatch team for all of your help! Thank you for your review.

I love the sound options and the BATTERY LIFE is AMAZING! Is easy to clip on to things and I love the color options. It’s also sturdy and handles being dropped like a champ. It’s perfect for a rough and tumble household and for clipping anywhere. It’s simple and easy to control.
