I was sent a restore 2 when my original restore had problems with the sound. Excellent costumer service and this clock helps me wake up right away and not hit snooze

I used this devise a while back with a set of twins I was babysitting. It is very simple to use and easy to place in different areas of the house! So I bought one for my nephew’s new baby!

I've been really enjoying my Hatch Restore 2, if there was anything that I could change it would be to have the ability to create a schedule on my Restore 2 like I am able to for my kids with their Hatch Rest. I love that I can set "Programs" with theirs, but unfortunately are unable to do it to my Restore 2. I feel like that would help me stick with my intended routine even better than I do currently. Other than that though, I truly do enjoy my Restore 2. I don't pay for the membership, but none the less my biggest think is waking up happy, simple, and joyfully. The Restore 2 creates that atmosphere effortlessly. Waking up to gently sounds with the sunrise feature is the best thing ever. The worst thing for me is to be woken up in a jarring way and put me in a sour mood. This has changed that for me. Thank you Hatch! <3 As well as having excellent customer service, you cannot go wrong.

First the customer service that Hatch provides is excellent and I was very pleased and happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness. The new Restore 2 is very nice piece and has been a great addition.

Hatch has helped me stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed for years now, and when I began to have issues with my old restore they replaced it with the new restore 2! Customer service has always been great, and I love all the sound and light options.

Obsessed with my Hatch! I wake up so peacefully & fall asleep just as easily & peacefully. I love how easy it is to customize my routines. The options are endless. I was hesitant to purchase because of the prices, but it is absolutely worth every single penny. I’m even thinking of splurging and buying a couple for my teenagers. This is a total GAMECHANGER!

First things first, Hatch customer service is INCREDIBLE!!! My Hatch suddenly stopped working and they were able to replace it almost immediately. My daughter relies heavily on this sound machine and we couldn’t be happier with this replacement. My daughter is finally sleeping through the night again. As well as mom and dad! ;)

My rest + 2nd gen is working great! My son is able to turn it off when he wakes up. The rest helps with routine and scheduling so we are so glad the company was very accommodating with our first issue. I will continue to recommend the company for their great product and great customer service.

I wish I had purchased sooner! Bedtime has been a struggle in our home for years. Our 5year old would get up too early and have a hard time keeping a sleep schedule. We have tried other systems but we have stuck with the Rest the longest. Now she has a routine that we can all stuck to. The website and app are so easy to navigate. Setup was a breeze. Well worth the investment in her sleep and ours too.
