My daughter and I have purchased from Haptic twice. One quilt was celestial for my grandson. The deepest hue of blue I’ve ever seen and he loves touching the hand stitched constellations. The other was a map of the Grandfather mountain area for my daughter. The detail on this piece was stunning and it is the perfect size for curling up with a book or watching TV. . Definitely will be back for more!

Your products are quite beautiful but your service for mail orders needs a make over. Love what you make, I wish I was in Brooklyn to buy directly from your workshop.

Love my hudson valley quilt!! I bought it during the sample sale and was having issues with the accessing the link. I emailed the help@ email and someone got back to me super quickly. The quilt also arrived quickly and well packaged.

I had hoped to buy my DIY quilt from a UK supplier (I live in the UK) but they had sold out so I bit the bullet and ordered from Brooklyn. Website clear and easy to use and because I ordered from UK prices were in £ and shipping costs easy to see before confirming order. And tracking with USPS was brilliant. I’ve now got to sew it . . .
