Comfortable and perfect fit

I accidentally ordered the plus size instead of the regular size. I needed to reach out to customer service to initiate a return, as their regular returns portal doesn’t work for returns from Canada. It’s been a few weeks and the issue is still not resolved. I’ve been wearing Hanky Panky for almost 20 years and love the product, but the customer service and return policy for such a quality and expensive brand has been very disappointing.

Duplicate order, billed twice, no response from customer service. I don’t want 16 pairs of underwear.

Received wrong product. Had good communication with customer service until that stopped. I do not think anything is done about it.

Some of the promotions were confusing and hard to navigate. Otherwise I got them, they are what I wanted and I am happy!

Your customer service is abysmal. As a long-standing customer I was appalled by how I had to go through an arduous email process in which a representative took days to get back to me and then lied about refunding something as minor as the handling fee. I am really saddened by the fact that I no longer want to purchase from your company.

Very disappointed in what I ordered versus what arrived. The photo online did not match what I purchased, and when I reached out to customer service to start a return, I did not receive a response.

It would have been better if the packaging was prettier.

Terrible customer service on my last order.

My whole order does not show up and the things that showed up were multipacks that did not have the colors that are shown on the website. When they refunded me they refunded me the amount of money before our tax. That I had to ask them to refund the tax portion too.

Cheap product & unacceptable customer service.
