again - shipping was a massive problem. not being able to get a hold of anyone in customer service let alone someone who had a clue as to what was going on, NOT GREAT. not a good look for me when my wifes Christmas present shows up more than a month late

Shipping was prompt and the top was economically packed in a small cardboard envelope. The top is beautiful and versatile and exclusive to Hanky Panky.

The bandeau top I ordered was a complete disappointment. It looks extremely cheap and not at all what I expected. I have multiple lace top items and this was isn’t at all what I expected.

I wore Hanky Panky for many years in my 20s. Time and body shape changes moved me away. I am 42 and just purchased my first set in years. They are everything I remember and honestly comfortable. Very happy!

Many reviews on Trust Pilot indicating I am not the only person who still (1/31/26) has not received my order from 12/19/25. This includes having paid overnight shipping. Cannot get a concrete answer on when I might actually receive the order, just emails every time I reach out saying it will probably ship by the end of the week.

The BreatheSoft Natural Rise Thong is truly the best, most comfortable thong with a nice wide gusset to provide superior coverage for your lady bits. It is made of a beautifully soft smooth fabric that easily moves with the body, while being absolutely invisible under clothes, workout gear, etc. I have tried so many varieties, brands, and styles of thongs and these BreatheSoft are truly the ones I have been looking for the whole time!
