I ordered by the guaranteed delivery date and my package was delivered a week later. I even tried to cancel the order when I was notified of the delivery date AFTERWARDS and they wouldn’t let me cancel it. VERY DISAPPOINTING

the overall experience with store was great but the quality of the items was far less than expected compared to higher end undergarmets.

Had a challenge with shipping but staff resolved it and really helped out.

This was a very bad experience. I reached out 18 days after my order for an update. Customer service asked if I would like a refund, and I responded on the same day that I would like the refund. 9 days later and still no refund. The company has taken my money and not delivered the product or refund in a timely manner. It’s almost as if this is a scam.

You sent me the wrong sizes of thongs 7 weeks ago, and have yet to fix it. You have bee extremely slow to respond to emails (over a week each time with multiple reminder emails from me). Horrible customer service experience. I will not be buying from you again.

Credit for large order (over $250) not recognized or rewards given. Minimum exchange for resolving problem by Hanky Panky. Initial inquiry and "how are we doing (Hanky Panky) are the only contact information exchanges I have had with Hanky Panky. Order did arrive in time for Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras but no credit given or rewards recognized for this large order. Please improve communication exchange.
