Shipping is sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and sometimes it is never shipped and gets forgotten. Even after making a purchase, it may get canceled, so I think the system should be improved. However, I like Hanky Panky, so I look forward to more wonderful products in the future!

I did not know what size to order as it looked very skimpy online. When it arrived the large is too large for me but there is no email offering the opportunity to exchange or return so it looks like I am stuck with it. I will never order online from this company again.
