I am normally quite nervous spending so much online, but the girls on the hall of flame team (Ivana and Sheriden) were extremely helping and communicative the whole time. Even when one of the candles arrived broken, they sent out a replacement same day. I would highly recommend the team when dealing with important occasions like weddings.

I pre-ordered some candles for my wedding, and even though their restock was delayed, they upgraded my shipping to the overnight one to make sure it made it on time. They went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful quality product. I was a bit nervous placing such a large order online, but the team were amazing and very responsive both on phone and email. One of my candles came cracked, which they promptly replaced with overnight shipping ahead of my wedding! The way the candles lit up the room was just amazing.
