My first order had a problem where the packaging was damaged in transit, and the team gave me a choice of what I wanted, then promptly sent me a new item and packaged it differently so there would be no problems. The product itself is excellent and I’m enjoying turning various receptacles into candles! Will buy again.

The team kindly helped me through choosing what heights, quantities and even helped me pick the best matching colour for my theme.
