The apricot blossom velvet drapes were perfect for my bedroom and the color looks as advertised. These drapes are good quality, thick, and great at keeping draft and light out. They just took a few minutes to steam out the wrinkles with a steamer and were ready to hang up. I look forward to purchasing more colors as needed.

I ordered 2 sets of drapes 10 days ago. After 7 days with no communication, I emailed to ask for a delivery ETA. I was told they'd check and reply. They did not. I emailed again today to find out the order had been canceled. They issued a refund but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I'm annoyed that no one bothered to do me the courtesy of reaching out. It's basic customer service. This is a time sensitive project and I just wasted 10 days of my time waiting for these drapes.
