The drapes are beautiful. I brought and paid for mushroom colored, but they sent me toffee and stated all sales are finals, but how are all sales final when the company sends you the wrong color.

I absolutely love the drapes I received from Half Price Drapes — the quality, fabric, and overall look are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. They really elevated the space, and I would definitely order again based on the product itself. Unfortunately, my full order was not received. The portion that included the custom length I specifically ordered was lost in transit, and I am currently still waiting on the refund to be processed. While I understand that shipping issues can happen, the delay has been disappointing since the custom panels were the main reason for my purchase. Overall, I’m very happy with the drapes I did receive, and I hope the refund process can be completed soon so this experience ends on a positive note.
