Excellent all round! Product, delivery time, and follow-up for reviewing!

I hope they’d use AusPost rather than Aramex. Despite asking for my package to be left at the door they took it back to the depot when I wasn’t home.

Received quickly after ordering

We got our unit in 4 days, which isn't too bad. But it estimated 7-10 days for delivery which seems kinda high.

Quick delivery!!

Fast and efficient. . . lousy instructions. . . need to link a video in the box found mine on youtube

Really happy with the door, does exactly what we need to let our doggy inside and out

Very quick delivery

Shipping was surprisingly quick, was expecting it to come much later.

Fine.

Pretty responsive over email as needed :)

Easy ordering, quick shipping, easy to install.

Hakuna is a great product, used their product in my old house now again in the new house. Easy to assemble and delivery within a reasonable time.

Timely shipping and order received intact

Great product, good customer service, quick shipping.

I love the products and the service. Very happy customer here.

Shipping was pretty fast no issues

Shipping was fast, easy enough to use website

Prompt delivery. The only thing I will say is that the questionnaire to select the correct door suggested an extension which I didn’t actually need. Love the product.

Very helpful and low price shipping
