Great as expected!

Excellent purchase, quick and easy!

Easy transaction

Very happy with my experience, delivery didn't take too long.

Very quick delivery, very happy

My dog loves his doggie door

Great, able to order online when our local bunnings couldn’t get stock. Easy to order, fast shipping

HAKUNA crate was super easy to set up and is well made

The service via email has been really good. However, if they had phone customer service, there wouldn't be a need for lots and lots of emails going backwards and forwards. One or two phone calls could sort out most issues or questions

Fast delivery and easy to install.

Shipping was super fast, it arrive within a couple of days. Very easy to assemble and fit!

Great service

Fantastic 🙏😊

Fast shipping and good to have spare parts available

This pet door has been a fantastic addition to our home! The glass design looks clean and modern, and it blends in much better than a traditional pet-door insert. It feels sturdy, works smoothly, and gives my dogs the freedom to go outside without needing me to open the door constantly. Installation was straightforward, and the finished result looks polished and high-quality. I’m very happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it to other pet owners!

Thank you. Panels arrived damaged and were replaced immediately!

Great addition to our pet door setup We purchased the Glass Patio Pet Door (V2) Height Extensions to make the door fit our sliding patio door, and they worked perfectly. Installation was straightforward and the extensions felt sturdy and well-made. One thing we were pleasantly surprised by was how well everything sealed. We were worried about draughts, but once installed, the fit was secure and there was no noticeable difference compared to before. Most importantly, our cat took to the pet door very quickly and now uses it confidently every day. The extensions made it possible to get the perfect fit without having to modify the door frame. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing extra height for their Hakuna pet door

The part arrived quickly.

Was delivered to the wrong house but that is more the delivery company than Hakuna pets. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

Easy ordering. Local pickup in Brisbane was a bonus.
