Great product, going more days between washing. Have ordered larger size of new wash. Live the way my hair looks, feels and responds with this product. Wish the price point was lower. It’s quite expensive.

So far, so good. I like the low impact ingredients (on body and environment). The packaging is lovely to look at and hold, sizewise and color / branding wise, but I wish there was an option to get refills in stead of more packaging that can't be recycled. Could you look into a recyclable package for the shampoo? Not convinced about Pre Wash. Not sure what it's doing for me. I think video tutorials of exactly how much New Wash to use would be great. I am still winding up w/ oily hair - and using conventional shampoo every other week to really clean that away.

I ordered my second bottle before my first one ran out because I love this product! My hair is a little wavy and a little fine but undressed give it great texture and volume even on the first day of washing my hair! I use it on wet hair or dry hair for a little pick me up. Color me impressed!! 💓
