this has dried my hair out SO much. i read everything they said about application and use and have done it to a T, but it’s just not working. my scalp has flakes—which it never had before—and it says your hair might get greasy when you start but mine has gone the opposite direction. before i even step out of the shower my hair feels like straw, no amount of reapplication and re-rinsing fixes that. my scalp feels good right after wash (to the touch, my hair is producing 0 oil so it gets dry and frizzy) but i have a shorter time period than i did with my other products before my scalp feels like it needs a wash. if the only solution is “use more product” then isn’t the product not super effective?

Shipping updates and delivery were right on schedule.

My hair is still very oily after I use it. Even after extensive rinsing. The original was perfect but I have to unfortunately alternate with shampoo. I’m considering switching back to shampoo or trying the original.

I love this product my hairdresser recommended it! I used to find myself washing my hair, 2 to 3 times a week, and still my hair felt occasionally oily at the scalp and doll throughout without life. When I wash my hair with Hair story, I don’t need to wash my hair but maybe once a week. My hair looks great. Feels amazing and smells terrific! If you’re using expensive products, shampoos and conditioners that are really just detergents please consider utilizing Hair story. It’s a game changer!

Products not for me. Customer service was prompt and courteous but the offers of discounts to keep me shopping were annoying. I didn't like the products and I wanted a refund. Plain and simple.

Now that I am used to it, I never want to be without it!! My hair is amazing with it!!!

The last product I had an issue with I reached out and you guys were great. I didn't reach out about this product because I am hoping that it works out for my son. Will keep in touch. . .
