My delivery was on time, hair was nice but a little thin. Overall I was pleased, I’m not sure what gift you are asking if I was pleased with as I didn’t receive one.

I love the hair my issue is that the weft should be 1.5" wider and there should be a solid color for dark ash blond

I haven't received a gift or welcome box and color swatch yet. I understand the high demand delay. It's unfortunate, but understandable. Your Delivery of my 2 orders was outstanding and exceptional. I haven't installed the hair yet since I scheduled my client with plenty of time in case Delivery was an issue. I'm new to extensions and look forward to a long lasting relationship with hairlocs.

Using 5 packages of i-tips. I wish the hair strands were a bit thicker to make a fuller look after being cut to length. Over all the quality is pretty good and I would use again!

Hair quality is great so far. I was disappointed that i never got my 25% off first order. Reached out several times, got a coupon code that never worked. Wanted to place a larger first order but ended up ordering the minimum instead.

I wish the sew in method was more detailed. I think most of the educational was rushed and I wish it included more education in general.
