So far all the hair I have purchased has been a great price and great quality. My customers seem to be happy with the quality as well. I do wish the curly hair textures had more color options but overall I’ve had a fantastic experience with them. I also really love the welcome kit. Having the color swatches really helps my clients pick out the right color.

Fast shipping & great quality. However, they were the wrong color. I sent them back for a credit and have not heard back. Can you tell me what to do?

I was excited to receive the hair locs box it's just that it was already opened before I got it and not sure what all was inside which didn't look like much not sure what happened but I didn't see the hair swatch or clips. I got a paper rolled up and I think something else I just put the whole thing away for a later date just felt empty no thought of it... I was going to call but didn't bother them I seen another kit and was like wow I would like that one but don't know if I will get everything that suppose to come inside..

I ordered 4 sew in wefts the 2 lighter blonds were 1 in shorter than the golden blonde. (Which I didn't notice till I sew in the first row ). My 1st time using gor invisible weft. I could of used that extra in on those 2 wefts to fill in the front better. I ordered pack of 8 cylinders, only received 3 bags stapled together. I called. They said they would send the other cylinders out next time I place an order, and I can't remember what the said about the hair not being the same length. But the hair itself I liked.

Great certification class, packaging was cute and you get your monies worth. Website was easy to follow plus they have a live and friendly customer service staff "no computer".

My hair was sent to an address I’ve never used before and I was unable to receive it. Hairlocs wasn’t able to help resolve the issue .

I’m always pleased. This order the silver k-tips seemed a little off but I’m going to wash them prior to installing and see if that helps. I did not receive a “gift” so not sure what that is.

I love hairlocs hair. My previous order, everything was great as usual, however the silver tapes I installed came out of my client's hair within a day. I had her come back in and swapped tape and everything is fine now. It would be nice if that doesn't happen though! Also differing lengths would be great!

I’ve ordered your hair for a very long time. I’m thankful that you have it for me to order, having brain surgery years ago, my hair that came back is not good. Your hair makes me feel like I’m not so ugly. I have noticed a large increase in the cost of the hair. While loving your hair, I’m finding I’m having to wear it longer than I normally would and thinking of alternatives. You have a wonderful product and I am grateful, however, I have to think of the cost as well. I’m trying to put less on and wear hats to cover how spare it is. I’m looking for advice, but as said your hair is wonderful. The quality is amazing.

Gift came fast, I signed up for my class and my kit came on time. I had a little trouble with signing on for the class but made a phone call and everything went great. Customer service was fantastic!! I am excited to get certified and very excited to start my classes today.
