The hair seems good quality. I ordered 5 packs and feared it wouldn’t be enough but I ended up with a whole pack leftover- pleasantly surprised!

I also love how many different color options you offer! My welcome package did take some time to get here, but I didn't think it was an issue on your end, just that it's Christmas time and the mail/delivery people are overwhelmed. Haha.

Orders are fast !

So far all the hair I have purchased has been a great price and great quality. My customers seem to be happy with the quality as well. I do wish the curly hair textures had more color options but overall I’ve had a fantastic experience with them. I also really love the welcome kit. Having the color swatches really helps my clients pick out the right color.

Fast shipping & great quality. However, they were the wrong color. I sent them back for a credit and have not heard back. Can you tell me what to do?

I was excited to receive the hair locs box it's just that it was already opened before I got it and not sure what all was inside which didn't look like much not sure what happened but I didn't see the hair swatch or clips. I got a paper rolled up and I think something else I just put the whole thing away for a later date just felt empty no thought of it... I was going to call but didn't bother them I seen another kit and was like wow I would like that one but don't know if I will get everything that suppose to come inside..

I ordered 4 sew in wefts the 2 lighter blonds were 1 in shorter than the golden blonde. (Which I didn't notice till I sew in the first row ). My 1st time using gor invisible weft. I could of used that extra in on those 2 wefts to fill in the front better. I ordered pack of 8 cylinders, only received 3 bags stapled together. I called. They said they would send the other cylinders out next time I place an order, and I can't remember what the said about the hair not being the same length. But the hair itself I liked.

Great certification class, packaging was cute and you get your monies worth. Website was easy to follow plus they have a live and friendly customer service staff "no computer".

My hair was sent to an address I’ve never used before and I was unable to receive it. Hairlocs wasn’t able to help resolve the issue .
