I love the hair and the prices! However, I did not receive the color swatch in my box. I’ve already contacted you about this matter just waiting for it to arrive!

I received someone else’s certification kit. Shipping label was my address, dream catchers kit, with someone else’s packing slip. Took some time to correct but once it was resolved things were fine.

I just received the packet. Everything seems to be in superior quality.

I think the hair is great but the bundles have so little hair. Great for someone with fine hair but for women thick short hair that want to add length you have to buy like 5to 6 packages of wefts or Itips even more. I feel like you dont get your moneys worth

Packaging was great! Selection is Fabulous, and can see why the demand is high. Worth it!

I haven’t received my welcome package for my clients yet. I am not sure if that comes after I submit my photos for certification, but there was no communication regarding this. I also believe my license was denied as a way to verify my purchasing of hair from Hairlocs. And I don’t know why.

A suggestion is to have a solid dark ash blonde I always have to color the hair and I feel it does weaken the hair and also 1" wider in stead of 11" would be perfect

I really like the quality of the hair and the selection, I wish you didn’t have to special order 24 inches though , make them easily available like dreamcatchers! I was actually blown away by the hair quality! I purchased certification and I’m impressed with the box, I believe I may be missing a razor blade, but that’s okay I have my own. I also wish the education went a little bit more in depth but for what I paid I’m still extremely satisfied. I’m also still waiting on my initial welcome box That I paid shipping for that has my color swatch ring , I need that before my consultations to order hair and I have clients waiting! That’s the only reason for my 3 star review the shipping and having things in stock seems rather slow and that’s normally not a problem but it’s inconveniencing slow.

As far as I know I have not received a gift, I have paid for everything I have received. The only issue I had was the color of hair I needed was not on the website under the same code. That needs to be fixed and you can find that under a chat I had with a very helpful employee. Love the hair! It is wonderful quality! Everyone I have worked with is very friendly and professional as well!

I love hairlocs. I teach extension classes and have all of my students create an account with you for themselves and their future clients. The hair is amazing , it will last along time as long as a persons takes care of it with good conditioners. The downside is that, if the weft was 1.5" wider it would be the best hair out there.'
