We've not had problems with the Gundry support team, in fact they are always helpful with any questions about orders or product availability.

I have been pleased with the Customer Service of Gundry MD, but not with the 5+ products which I have been trying. The benefits said to come from "taking"/"using" each them, have not been experienced by me, even though I have tried each of them for 5-6+ months I have been disappointed with each of the products.

I have used BioSkin Youth Complex for several months and thought it was doing ok. However, I have really noticed a difference over the last 6 weeks when I started taking 2 caps vs just 1. I take several other supplements and get vitamin c injections once or twice a month so I thought taking just one was sufficient. I decided to start taking 2 because I recently had surgery and thought it might help speed the healing process but didn't think I would notice any changes in my skin's appearance since I had already been taking it for awhile. My skin is glowing and looks radiant! I have never had a good complexion as I have always had large pores and significant scaring from acne. You can barely see that now! I will continue to take the 2 caps and I look forward to seeing any additional improvement in the future! Thank you!

I’ve had and looked in shields twice a day for many many years when my orders were screwed up Customer Service was very nice and got it straightened out, but I have a long history with you and I will continue to be loyal patron

Best tasting chocolate shake I've had, to date! So good I can't believe it's actually good for me! I add one scoop to a glass of coconut milk, and I'm good to go for several hours. I've also noticed it seems to be a nice boost to my digestive system!

The Correct and Calm felt good on my facial skin, and had a low scent but felt creamy and easy to spread on my skin.

The ordering process was confusing, I somehow managed to get into the automatic reorder system. I was so confused and upset how I did that I had to get a family member to help me figure out how to unsubscribe!! I do not want to be sent product automatically!!! The system took us numerous screens of marking over and over we don't want to subscribe to get inscribed. I had wanted to order another product but was so upset by the auto subscription of my current item that was all I ordered. I will not be ordering anything else; there are plenty of other places to get this type of product. I am too afraid I will somehow get into a subscription that I will not be ordering again.
