Nice product

I am giving 3 stars overall because I cannot yet tell if it is helping my sore hip joints, which is my primary concern. I also cannot yet tell if it is benefiting my skin, hair and nails, which are secondary concerns. I would give the flavor 5 out of 5 stars and the mixability 4 out of 5 stars as it leaves a very small amount of product unmixed after shaking well. Maybe more time will yield more benefits.
