Dark Spot Diminisher did not work

All other products except Bio Complete 3 have been exceptional.

Trusting iit will benefit me.

As far as receiving the product in a timely manner, I did not have to wait very long. The bottles were packed well.

I have gotten good customer service regarding changes to the way I have been ordering items.

Didn't notice any difference.

Great product. Performs as advertised. I am pleased. Shipping was relatively quick. I am also pleased with my overall experience. My only nit is that I don't need to be sold on a good product through a lengthy video. Just tell me what I can expect from the product, why it's better than alternatives, and provide any supporting data in written format. This works way better for me. I get annoyed with the videos.
