Dr. Gundry’s products have helped to improve my energy, mood, and sleep. Also, any time I have called customer service, they are always polite, professional and helpful. I have never had any pushback if I request an order that I just placed be canceled or ask for a refund or replacement if I didn’t receive an order due to it being out of stock or USPS didn’t deliver in a timely manner.

I like what benefits this supplement provides and they taste good!

I'm about to finish my 3rd bottle and I'm not noticing any difference in the way I feel - still have the same soreness and pains that I had before taking MCT. Maybe there are some improvements that only a doctor can see, but thus far this is nothing but an expensive blueberry lemonade mix. Looks like maybe I fell for the song and dance. . . . !

I take this mixed with warm water and nothing else. I take it mid day. I feel energized throughout the day as I can take care of my toddler granddaughter. I don’t feel tired and have no need for a nap. I eat lots of veggies but still like taking Primal Plants once a day. I think clearly and feel healthy.
