I never received the product I ordered and the shipping shows that it was returned to sender because the carrier did not deliver. Customer Service acknowledges that it was sent back to them, but won't give a refund until an "investigation" is completed. It's been weeks and still no response.

The product never arrived and they are slow to refund my money

Never received order! Called company twice & cancelled order on second call. FedEx Baton Rouge, La, received my package, never delivered it to my house & after 2-3 days of not delivering, FedEx sent my package back to the company. No explanation of why it wasn’t delivered to my house. Never again will I order anything from your company!

Never received

I've been waiting three weeks to get a shipment that was lost. I've been told twice that it's being sent to me, but I've yet to receive a confirmation that the shipment is on its way to me in the mail. This has been among the worst customer service experience that I've had in years.

Excellent product timely shipped.

Easy to order. I would prefer other subscription periods. E. g. variable number of months. In my case 4 seems appropriate.

All aspects of the the purchase were excellent.

I have 2 AC5250PT air purifiers. Really dusty apartment. I ordered 2 of the AC5250PT rear covers (from a link that Lasko / Germ Guardian customer service sent me) that hold the cartridges in place. At first, they sent completely wrong ones, but after contacting them about this, they sent the correct ones. I got these extra rear covers so that every week, I can vacuum the pre-filters and swap out the rear covers with clean ones. Then during the week as I have time, I wash the dirty ones and they are ready for next swap. I also do this with air conditioner filters for my portable air conditioner. And a tip for anyone with a portable air conditioner, point an air purifier output towards the air intake of the air conditioner to keep it unclogged longer. Not sure how much it helps, but any dust the purifier catches is NOT caught on the air conditioner filter, making it last longer for the times when you are just too tired or don't have the time to deal with the air conditioner filter.
