Wonderful air purifier, fantastic company!!!!

I attempted to purchase replacement filters & didn't pay attention that the filters offered were a different brand & did not fit. It is amazing how much better the proper filters work!!

At this point point not good. Only half the order was sent. First call I got promises but no action. Called again today with more promises. Both calls said I would receive an email immediately but that did not happen either time. At this time it has been a disappointing experience.
