It’s been over 3 weeks and Lasko still has not shipped my order. The communication is terrible and I regret ever purchasing from you. I called customer service and asked for an expedited shipment. I gave the company a chance to fix an error. But all I received were empty apologies that sounded Ai generated. Everyone I talked to (including supervisors) said nothing could be done. I just have to wait. That is horrible customer service.
