Unit is doing a great job with cooking and dog odor. I keep it clean.

The original delivery didn’t go well and it took a while to get a replacement. The new filter is very good and I’m happy with it.

My experience was great. It’s great to know I can always get my air purifier filters at last minute, delivered to me on time when needed.

Great customer service

Unreasonable 30 days policy. Asking the return items need to be received within 30days which beginning your purchase date. Terrible!

It’s been over 3 weeks and Lasko still has not shipped my order. The communication is terrible and I regret ever purchasing from you. I called customer service and asked for an expedited shipment. I gave the company a chance to fix an error. But all I received were empty apologies that sounded Ai generated. Everyone I talked to (including supervisors) said nothing could be done. I just have to wait. That is horrible customer service.
