Great sweeper, excellent customer service, but, from the onset my bin was always almost possible to remove. After wrangling and applying some choice persuading words it would beome eventually become dislodged. Being a DIY McGiver I made some subtle modifications that helped with the bin removal. All good until the battery failed to recharge. I tried unsuccessfully to get a battery UB002 replacement. By chance, I still had my purchase receipt and realized that the sweeper was still under warranty. I called Gtech customer support to get a new battery. Instead, they sent me a brand new machine, something unheard of in todays world of customer support and standing behind their product. The new machine arrived promptly, the bin was actually, very very easy to remove and the battery charges and works as designed. Thank you Gtech for you wonderful customer service and product support. Yahoo! Now to get back to cleaning the house. LOL

The customer service was incredible! I use this vacuum everyday for pet hair in furniture and it’s the most powerful hand vacuum to remove it. I encourage everyone to get one if you have pets or just want a handy little vacuum with the best suction to remove pet hair or dust from your furniture. Thank you Gtech for this product!

Long lasting and powerful vac

I’ve been so impressed with my Gtech. It’s lightweight, easy to grab for quick cleanups, and actually makes keeping up with everyday messes so much easier. As a busy mom, anything that saves me time is a win. The quality has been great, it works exactly like I hoped, and I’ve also had such a positive experience with the company. Definitely one of those products I’m genuinely happy to recommend.

Like the total vacuum package. I DON'T like the fact you CANNOT buy or order a backup battery. Hope Gentech reads this and changes it's policy.

Customer Service (Daniel) was great and helped me order this as I couldn't order it thru the website because I had a US address. He was great. The bundle arrived in a timely manner and was well packed. The instructions were clear and both vacuums work well. I am very happy with my purchase.

The vacuum is amazing. It really sucks the dirt out of the carpet and hardwood floors. It’s light, the handle is telescopic, easy to clean and empty with one major design flaw: the battery pins that are attached to the head unit where you slide the battery into break off. The very outer one breaks. It doesn’t have enough support. Customer service is literally amazing, and they have replaced the vacuums for me three times. so I cannot complain about that. They just need to fix that battery pin issue you basically can’t take the battery out to charge it without risking that. If you leave the battery in from day one and just charge it, you’re golden. But if you need two batteries, and swapping them back and forth out, not so good

I've ordered a dozen of these vacuums for businesses with theaters where I provide oversight, and they work fantastically well. The teams love them. Easy to manage. Lightweight and gets the job done. We wear these vacuums out pretty good. Easy to clean and maintain. For as much as these are used, this is a big plus. I like the vacuum so much I ordered one for my house to replace the Dyson! Love this vacuum! Great for removing pet hair from cushions. Also love it for use on our boat, car and carpet on stairs. Highly recommend it!

Worked good removing dog hair in carpet. Canister is a little difficult to replace after emptying.

We have owned Gtech products and most recently ordered the RamAir3. This company has a great product and it is easily the best vacuum for our home. I have gone thru bissel and dyson. This vacuum is easy to move around and even get under the beds. The company has a great team who is quick to answer emails when we had a question.

The charger for our AirRam stopped working. I was prepared to just buy a new charger, but they sent an entire new vacuum and charger. Truly excellent customer service. They won my loyalty!
