I love this vacuum! It’s high quality and has metal for the moving parts instead of plastic. It cleans edges and collects dirt like a robot vacuum without the frustration of not being in control. I can tell it is built to last and with the self-cleaning filter feature and no pipes to get clogged, it’s just the perfect vacuum!

This is my favorite cordless upright I’ve ever owned. I like it much better than the Dyson I had. My problem is trying to get a battery replacement for the Ram 3. Gtech (the U. S. Branch) finally replaced the entire vacuum for me. Now my Son purchased four of them for funeral homes he runs and their batteries are low and I’ve tried to get a spare for mine plus replacements for his but no luck. UK says try U. S. , U. S. says try U. K. or Amazon. No luck either way. I’d hold off on any purchase until they make the batteries readily available for this model. They have batteries for their hand held and outdoor equipment but not supposedly one of their best selling units. Very odd.

I love the vacuum very easy to use and convenient with out cord ,it picks up very well. I did have problems with mine and they replaced it with no questions I was pleased with that.

I have several Gtech products and they all are designed and built for purpose. Excellent results with their use, easy to use, easy to maintain. Now when I need a new tool I go to their web site first.

I’ve only used my Gtech a couple of times, but I have to say that I really like it. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: Just about everything with this vacuum cleaner is far superior than any other stick vacuum I’ve ever had: -strong motor -long battery life -bristle really dig into carpet -good suction -perfect light weight -easy to clean -great handle design for maneuverability -the weight is at the floor. I found those stick vacuums that had the motor and dust bin at the top of the handle very fatiguing to use. You essentially have to hold a weight in your hand as you push and pull the vacuum. Really a bad design unless you’re a body builder. CONS: Not much to talk about here. The only thing I can think of is very minor but it could be improved: -the telescoping handle doesn’t lock-in tight so it knocks back-and-forth a little as you push and pull the vacuum during use. Not a big deal for sure. In summary, it’s a really solid vacuum cleaner. The wild card with anything that’s new is how long will it last. By the way it feels, I would say a long time.

Gtech cordless vacuum is just easily the most effective vacuum we have ever owned. Battery life is excellent. Edge brushes really make a difference in how effectively this vacuum cleans. Customer service is quick and very thorough. Parts ship out very quickly. Thank you for making this such a great user experience.
