Customer Service (Daniel) was great and helped me order this as I couldn't order it thru the website because I had a US address. He was great. The bundle arrived in a timely manner and was well packed. The instructions were clear and both vacuums work well. I am very happy with my purchase.

The vacuum is amazing. It really sucks the dirt out of the carpet and hardwood floors. It’s light, the handle is telescopic, easy to clean and empty with one major design flaw: the battery pins that are attached to the head unit where you slide the battery into break off. The very outer one breaks. It doesn’t have enough support. Customer service is literally amazing, and they have replaced the vacuums for me three times. so I cannot complain about that. They just need to fix that battery pin issue you basically can’t take the battery out to charge it without risking that. If you leave the battery in from day one and just charge it, you’re golden. But if you need two batteries, and swapping them back and forth out, not so good

I've ordered a dozen of these vacuums for businesses with theaters where I provide oversight, and they work fantastically well. The teams love them. Easy to manage. Lightweight and gets the job done. We wear these vacuums out pretty good. Easy to clean and maintain. For as much as these are used, this is a big plus. I like the vacuum so much I ordered one for my house to replace the Dyson! Love this vacuum! Great for removing pet hair from cushions. Also love it for use on our boat, car and carpet on stairs. Highly recommend it!

Worked good removing dog hair in carpet. Canister is a little difficult to replace after emptying.

We have owned Gtech products and most recently ordered the RamAir3. This company has a great product and it is easily the best vacuum for our home. I have gone thru bissel and dyson. This vacuum is easy to move around and even get under the beds. The company has a great team who is quick to answer emails when we had a question.

The charger for our AirRam stopped working. I was prepared to just buy a new charger, but they sent an entire new vacuum and charger. Truly excellent customer service. They won my loyalty!

I got the AIRRAM and I absolutley love it! Picks up with strong suction and you tell because the carpet has lines in it!!

I couldn’t believe it only took about 3 days and it was on my front porch. The instructions were easy to put together , but this operator took a Little longer to put together because she didn’t read the instructions right. lol. I love my vacuum cleaner so far and I hope it last a long time.

The air Ram pet vacuum works great!!

Strong suction, good battery life and excellent for picking up cat hair. After about a year, the extendable section has started to feel a little wobbly. The scented plugs are unnecessary. The artificial lavender scent is far too strong and overwhelming. Overall, it is still a very effective vacuum.
