This is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had and I’m old. I had a problem with the battery after about a year and the company came through with flying colors. Highly recommend this vacuum and this company.

Best vacuum ever It just about drives it self if you have arthritis it’s perfect I can’t handle having weight on my wrist ! Cleaning it is easier than you can imagine & all parts are washable & even replaceable Great power & suction ONLY wish it had edge suction maybe in future im a client for life

So far so good. I have owned Air K9 and the handheld crevice tool for about 2 weeks know. Love them both. Wish the battery life was longer but it works as described. Wish I could order more scent cartridges somewhere.

The handle is stiff to twist to cleans love the. brush How do you get replacement of them?

The replacement sweeper has not arrived.

Battery only lasts a few years then user life and run time diminishes significantly. Bought a new K-9 because it was just a little more expensive than a new battery for my older Air-Ram.

This is my second Air Ram. Got the first one through Bissell about 5 years ago and it's still going strong! Came across a super Black Friday deal on a newer model last month and had to get it for my daughter. This vacuum does better than some of the canister models I've had.

For the price, Gtech vacuum and sweepers are fantastic! Light, easy to use, rechargeable and great at picking up all the animal hair & dirt in my rugs!

I really love this thing so far! I had a pretty cheap hand-held dust buster that barely lasted two years so I wanted to get one that would be durable enough to withstand regular cat littler tracking and fur. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs so things can build up fast at our house! At first, I ended up going to another reputable brand on Amazon but that one was so obnoxiously loud: louder than my normal size vacuum! It was also too heavy for such a compact machine. Then I came across Gtech. I know anything made in the UK is good quality so I decided to spend the extra money and get it. I’m definitely not disappointed- so far it does what it says. Not loud (decent noise level for a hand held vacuum in my opinion) lightweight and I like all the attachments that come with it. Very well designed. We have a cat litter box in the hallway at the top of our stairs so fur and tracked cat litter literally get everywhere and always in the crevices you can’t reach with a regular vacuum. This thing is also amazing for cleaning stairs and carpeted Cat Trees! I’m glad I ended up spending a bit extra to get a decent handheld vacuum that will last for years to come. My only complaint is that I really do not like the scented cartridges. I don’t like ANY synthetic sents what’s so ever. (Not into wrecking my endocrine system- If you’re a health nut like I am, you know what I’m talking about. ) So I immediately noticed the smell when I turned on the vacuum. I didn’t even know this vacuum came with scented cartridges. However, there’s a quick fix for that. Just take the cartridge out. The scented cartridge is attached to the little green paw-print logo in the middle of the filter. You can fully remove it, but I wanted to keep the little green paw-print cap on the filter so I just removed the scented cartridge attached to it. Then put the little green paw-print cap back on the filter so it didn’t have an exposed hole running through it. If you’ve gotten this far, do yourself a favor and inve...
