I have several of their products. Each one has exceeded my expectations. Also had an interaction with customer service, it was professional and their reply prompt.

I love this vacuum. I won't list how many other vacuum brands I have and have tried, but I will say this one is the best. This is now my main and number one. It has great suction power, picks up everything, and it's so easy to use and clean. I love that the handle swivels so easily, which makes it easy to use on my stairs. The canister is a cinch to clean. You just pop it off and it has a little lever that just slides all the hair and dirt out. It also has led lights which help in making sure you don't miss any dirt or crumbs. It's lightweight, the most lightweight vacuum I've used, but also the one that picks up the most dirt, hair, and debris. Works great on tile and carpet. I recommend this vacuum 100%!

We use the air ram for our commercial cleaning company in an office building with a lot of foot traffic , staples, paper clips etc. and its great for picking up all that, plus. And easy to maneuver & clean out.

I use the G3 vacuum once every 3 weeks to vacuum a small travel agency office. 7 desks and a tiny back room. At first it worked great. . . . better than I could have hoped for. Keeping the collection container at ground level is energy efficient. But then. . . . 1. The battery started going bad. I contacted tech support because I wanted to purchase a spare battery. No dice, not available. So I vacuumed faster. 2. Then the latch that holds the dust bin container broke. I have no idea where it went, but now the side won't stay closed. 3. Then the battery went completely. On a full charge it only showed 1 bar. I called and they sent me a replacement unit. I did not want a replacement unit. I wanted a battery and a dust bin. Now I have two vacuums, and 1 of them is useless unless I can get a battery for it (the dust bin issue I can live with). The fact that you can't get replacement parts for a $400 vacuum is ludicrous. I should have been able to order a new battery and dust bin and been done with it. The vacuum itself is amazing. 5 stars for the vacuum. It's how the company is handling customer support that lowers it one star. I still want a new battery so I can have two good vacuums. But if I can't, then they're just creating a lot of unnecessary waste when a battery and dust bin would have been sufficient.

Best vacuum ever It just about drives it self if you have arthritis it’s perfect I can’t handle having weight on my wrist ! Cleaning it is easier than you can imagine & all parts are washable & even replaceable Great power & suction ONLY wish it had edge suction maybe in future im a client for life

So far so good. I have owned Air K9 and the handheld crevice tool for about 2 weeks know. Love them both. Wish the battery life was longer but it works as described. Wish I could order more scent cartridges somewhere.

The handle is stiff to twist to cleans love the. brush How do you get replacement of them?

Battery only lasts a few years then user life and run time diminishes significantly. Bought a new K-9 because it was just a little more expensive than a new battery for my older Air-Ram.
