I have become a regular customer of GroWell over the past year and decided it was time to applaud the team officially for consistently great, personalised service. As a novice gardener, every step I have taken down the rabbit hole has shown me several more things I don't know and need help with, and the GroWell team has always been available to answer my questions and provide trustworthy, actionable advice. One member of the customer service team has really gone above and beyond the call for me, answering my questions about nutrition , lighting, etc. thoughtfully and with great information and suggestions. Most of us these days are accustomed to either no customer service option at all, or 'service' provided by someone who knows nothing about the subject and doesn't care particularly if we get the help we need. This is where Growell stands out. They have people who know of what they speak -- and sell -- and will help customers identify the right tools for the job and to address the challenges arising along the way. I would encourage novice and veteran indoor gardeners alike to consider GroWell as their go-to resource.

I was trying to put an order in online but I was having problems with one item. I phoned up and spoke to a brilliant member of staff who checked the warehouse and found the product I was looking for. After a little bit of computer magic he had it on my order and all paid for. I was amazed to get an email later that afternoon to say that it had been processed and dispatched already. The package arrived at my house less than 24hrs after ordering ! Really brilliant customer service!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and honest too ( dudley store ) i left some of my purchase in the car park outside the store, when i got home and realised, i rang the store to see if they had found it, they had, and they arranged for me to collect what id left from sheffield store ( my closest store ). I prefer Growell products and service to others I’ve tried in the past. Good communications, reasonable prices, considering it’s a UK company. Definitely easier and quicker to order from one place instead of trying to save a few quid using multiple outlets.

Had an issue with a delivery, but after contacting GroWell, it was resolved immediately with an apology thrown in for good measure. A lot of places abdicate responsibility when there are complaints, so to see Growell step up and deal with this so speedily and time my full satisfaction, gives me great confidence to continue ordering from them for years to come, as I have for nearly the last 4 years.
