GroWell themselves were fantastic, super fast delivery and great products. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because the air pump supplied in the 4 pot oxypot kit sounds like a generator! So much for silent! I looked around online and this seems to be standard for that budget pump. Either that or I got an extremely loud one. Thanks for the rest of the kit, great value.

Customer service on the phone - A+ Website - solid B, needs more regular updating Packing/Delivery - D - Delivery was as per advertised timetable and whilst no items appeared damaged, every container had been previously opened and all packaging inside and outside the boxes was damaged to some degree, so not great

It seemed to work well and the cuttings rooted quickly but there was very little product in the sprayer. Because it was so expensive I shall revert to traditional methods of propagation
