I use GrooveWasher products to clean my albums. I have made use of their tutorials also. I have created an account with email notifications to be informed of GrooveWasher discount pricing on their products. Any issues with orders have been addressed in a very satisfactory manner. For a person with no cleaning products I recommend the Mondo Record and Stylus Care System.

I received a Mondo Dust Cover that had a small chip in one corner of the cover. Since it was on the front of the cover, it was very distracting from the appearance of the otherwise super-attractive cover. I emailed customer service with an included picture. They immediately replied, letting me know they were shipping me a replacement the same day. The replacement cover was perfect. This is absolutely fantastic customer service. GrooveWasher obviously cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

I’m a young person and I’ve recently gotten in to vinyl. I love the form factor But sometimes dust is a problem. These little pads solve that for me

Great product for cleaning records

The product arrived within a very acceptable time frame, that is about a week after placing my order. I found the online videos on the website to be helpful in learning how to use the product. I also had a ten percent off coupon from one of their partner sites. Nice to be able to support a small business that makes high quality products.

We purchased items from GrooveWasher for our showroom. We have been in the audio/video business since 2009, but never really got into turntables until now. In the old days, it was DiscWasher that was the go-to product, but consensus says GrooveWasher has assumed the position as the product to use. When we begin selling more turntables, we'll look to become direct dealers. Jumping on board right now, probably isn't smart on our behalf, as it would take quite some time to sell off what your company requires as initial purchase...

I've really enjoyed getting my vinyl cleaning routine setup so I can clean records right after hitting the estate sales! GrooveWasher is cool because they openly admit that - there is no BEST way to clean records! After I brush off the surface, I hit it with G2 (unless it is a real mess....then it gets G3)...spread it using the black magic pad...after a minute another couple of rounds with black magic. Then a good spray of distilled water followed by a wipe with the terry pad and then a clean microfiber. Consistent results every time!
