I use GrooveWasher products to clean my albums. I have made use of their tutorials also. I have created an account with email notifications to be informed of GrooveWasher discount pricing on their products. Any issues with orders have been addressed in a very satisfactory manner. For a person with no cleaning products I recommend the Mondo Record and Stylus Care System.

Great

Great product. Fair price. Reasonable shipping cost and fast deliver. No complaints. My next vinyl need will be through this company.

Works good

Service was exceptionally fast. I placed an order on the weekend for some GrooveWasher products and unbelievably I received a personal confirmation email that same evening. This wasn’t an automatic email it was specific with my name and products I was ordering. Spectacular service!

Time to replace my stylus cleaner. Direct ordering made it easy and efficient. Super products with desired results.

Excellent service and support, I have found no one better.

GrooveWasher produces quality products that makes enjoying vinyl albums better, no matter what the product.

I received a Mondo Dust Cover that had a small chip in one corner of the cover. Since it was on the front of the cover, it was very distracting from the appearance of the otherwise super-attractive cover. I emailed customer service with an included picture. They immediately replied, letting me know they were shipping me a replacement the same day. The replacement cover was perfect. This is absolutely fantastic customer service. GrooveWasher obviously cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

I’m a young person and I’ve recently gotten in to vinyl. I love the form factor But sometimes dust is a problem. These little pads solve that for me

Nice concept. Well made product. Cc transaction was clumsy. But overall, a worthwhile transaction.

Great product. Thanks!

Everything arrived as promised. Love your products.
