Overall very pleased with the products The only thing I would add is not to overdo the cleaning solution as that can create more problems than it solves. Better to be sparing but repeat the process as needed.

Groove washer is a great product. You need to et the guy on You tube to do a review of your product to get the word out there. Maybe send some to Michaef Fremer now that you have a electrostatic product.
