I received a Mondo Dust Cover that had a small chip in one corner of the cover. Since it was on the front of the cover, it was very distracting from the appearance of the otherwise super-attractive cover. I emailed customer service with an included picture. They immediately replied, letting me know they were shipping me a replacement the same day. The replacement cover was perfect. This is absolutely fantastic customer service. GrooveWasher obviously cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

Great product for cleaning records

The product arrived within a very acceptable time frame, that is about a week after placing my order. I found the online videos on the website to be helpful in learning how to use the product. I also had a ten percent off coupon from one of their partner sites. Nice to be able to support a small business that makes high quality products.

We purchased items from GrooveWasher for our showroom. We have been in the audio/video business since 2009, but never really got into turntables until now. In the old days, it was DiscWasher that was the go-to product, but consensus says GrooveWasher has assumed the position as the product to use. When we begin selling more turntables, we'll look to become direct dealers.
