Doesn't fit like the original. Doesn't tighten up and is loose. At least the original indicator tighten up with a wing nut, felt and metal washer. 👎 Not satisfied.

Excellent customer experience. Fast service and delivery and great price. The burner fits perfectly and works great. Easy to install. Bonus: a new electrode is included so the ignitor works again like new. It would have been nice to include the two #8 1/2” metal fastening screws (I had to buy them separately at the hardware store). Also, the holes for fastening the screws were too small so I had to open them up slightly in order for the screw thread to grab. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

Phone assistance on ordering GREAT! Parts working well. Delivery was really quick. Packaging wasn't that great as screw probably fell out. Company very quick at assistance at communicating to resolve that situation. Highly recommend this company.

Person on phone very helpful and polite however I paid for 3 saber thermometers and only received 1. There was no problem receiving the credit however I'm not able to reorder until 5/27. . .
