I will take ownership in this, but the rack is the wrong one and it's the 3rd rack I have purchased with the first 2 from amazon trying to save money. I used your website to determine the model of the grill and was certain it was the correct rack, but undoubtedly, it's not. At this point, I have spent enough money to replace the grill with a new one. It's very frustrating but I will figure out a way to modify this one because I have plenty of materials to fabricate from that is for sure.

I ordered an in stock warming rack for my Weber grill. It was the best price i could find online. Order was placed March 7th, it’s March 26 and still no warming rack. I emailed customer service via the grill spot website 3 days have passed with no response. I have no way of reviewing my purchase but I still received an email for a review. I would say take your business elsewhere! I should have just paid the higher price on amazon in would have received it next day.
