You guys rock! My Broil King Baron grill was damaged during a cross-country move, with two broken caster brackets and a broken shelf bracket. I searched the Internet and could not find replacement caster brackets anywhere. I had just about given up until I found them on the Grillspot website. You had them in stock when they were not available anywhere else. You shipped the parts to me promptly, and I repaired my grill!

I will take ownership in this, but the rack is the wrong one and it's the 3rd rack I have purchased with the first 2 from amazon trying to save money. I used your website to determine the model of the grill and was certain it was the correct rack, but undoubtedly, it's not. At this point, I have spent enough money to replace the grill with a new one. It's very frustrating but I will figure out a way to modify this one because I have plenty of materials to fabricate from that is for sure.
