Grill Spot customer service was great! The product was great! Unfortunately the Canada Post delivery was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered to the address Grill Spot had directed but they just took it to the nearest postal outlet and then returned to Grill Spot. When I notified Grill Spot they immediately sent another one that did arrive at the location requested. I highly recommend Grill Spot.
