The delivery, service etc is great and easy. The website contains some errors though in terms of what part fits in what appliance.

I bought the wrong burner (my own fault), returned it and ordered the right one. Both were shipped fast and excellent high quality parts! Upon checking my CC statement, I didn't see the refund, but a quick email and it was done.

Only received part of order
