I waited a very long time to get my Freeze Drier. The cost is somewhat prohibitive. However, Green Thumb had an outstanding sale. The FD wasn't too hard to get set up. Just needed to make sure where to set it up. I had it in an extra bedroom at first. Even with the ceiling fan on, it got pretty warm in the room. It also is kind of loud. Somewhat as loud as a box fan on high. There is definitely a learning curve with how to do the food as far as time to let it go. And the same things do dry differently depending on where they are placed on the shelves. I also learned that spacing of things on the trays make a big difference. There is a lot of helpful information on the internet on all things freeze drying. Overall I am tickled pink with my Fd. Can't wait to try different things. One tip. . . I found that a large paper clip works great attaching the hose to the bucket for draining. The tube fits perfectly through the part you squeeze and the clip is strong enough that it stays put on the bucket. Also, the Customer Service at Green Thumb is EXCELLENT! Very patient with a nervous newbie. Would highly recommend the FD and Green Thumb.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. Chis was just wonderful helping me with this purchase. He's the best! I have been running the freeze dryer almost continually since it arrived. Watching others on youtube using their freeze dryers has helped tremendously to avoid errors. I am extremely pleased with GreenThumbDepot and especially Chris.

The medium unit arrived several weeks early. Instructions were easy to understand and setup was simple. Customer service was great! We have tried several food products and candy was the “big hit.” This freeze dryer is well worth the money and highly recommend it.

I've seen what this product does and it does an awesome job but the customer service from James was outstanding. My package was delayed because of a supplier issue so after waiting for a few days with no luck I asked if I could cancel the order. He cancelled it for me and put the credit back on my card. Just a bit later he found a supplier and shipped it to me free of charge. The best customer service and that is a rarity these days. Thank you James!

We ordered an iGrow800 and received excellent service, great tracking for shipping and quick followup to make sure we were satisfied with the product. We then ordered the Digital Integrated Sensor Module and it came from Link4, but the GreenThumbDepot staff was very attentive to make sure we were satisfied. We will be back!!!
