Love these things. They make my freeze drying life so much easier. Since I'm new to the FD world, I have been doing a lot of experimenting with different things. These mats made "mistake" clean up SO much easier then when I didn't have them. I tried another type of mat (fiberglass ones) and they worked, but they started to fray after only one use. Parchment paper works well, but it's not re-usable like these mats. I would highly recommend these to anyone doing freeze drying.
